Charming local atmosphere

We really enjoyed marvellous and fantastic location of this place.

The breakfast meal was delicious with the assortment.

Decent location within walking distance of port to catch ferry to golden sanded islands, in the main touristic area. Few metres away from a Catholic church and other tourist attractions.

Nice staff, great location by the marina.

Great value for money room, all in all had enjoyable stay.

The food was amazing - I loved it.

In overall the room was big and with facilities.

Oh man, the fresh croissants for breakfast were a game-changer! I also adored the inviting pool area, not to mention the super-friendly staff who made everything hassle-free.

The only thing I didn't like was that the light in our bathroom was a tad too dim-definitely not a mood killer with everything else shining bright!

The only food available after 11 pm is a lame snack of Pringles!!! The pool appeared dirty and lacked proper maintenance, which really detracted from the whole experience!!!

The hotel offers a clean, well-maintained environment just a short walk from the port, with a lovely pool for relaxing afternoons. Room amenities included effective air conditioning and a nice shower. The breakfast could use more variety. Friendly staff.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in with me thinking I might have to reenact a scene from a certain 'hotel ghost' movie. Oh, and a fridge would've been nice-gotta keep the wine cold!

pleasant stay with room for improvement

The staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with every corner super clean. Breakfast was enjoyable, with thoughtful attention to dietary needs, appreciated. We particularly loved having a pool view from our room.

Cidade exceeded my expectations during this stay. The staff was helpful. The pool area was especially lovely for unwinding after our days spent exploring.

the breakfast variety could be improved.

I stayed in a Superior Room for 8 nights and loved howsuper clean and cozy it was! The air conditioning kept the room cool. The bathroom had a decent-sized shower with wall-mounted products. The only downers were that the aircon was either blasting or nothing at all, and the local dogs made their presence known a bit too early some mornings.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to a variety of local bars and restaurants. I appreciated how inviting the pool area was with a lovely retreat after a day filled with adventures. The cleanliness of the hotel was great.

While the breakfast options were decent, I found them slightly limited in variety for my taste.

Wonderful stay in a central location

The place was brand-new and impeccably clean, made a huge difference. The pool area was lovely for unwinding after a day of exploring, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds that ensured I had great nights of sleep. Only downside was the breakfast area being a bit cramped during peak hours, but everything else was superb!
